This 3 hour on and off court workshop provides a tennis experience like no other. Combining technical, tactical, physical and mental tennis training from a neuroscientific perspective.

This course gives an understanding of the body and brain connection and shows how to put it into action on both the training and the competition courts.

The course is £35 for BTCA Members Only
